Room available October 1st. This room is partially furnished, with nice windows and closet. Bathroom is shared. House is six bedrooms and four bathrooms with a nice backyard. Washer, dryer, internet, air conditioning, use of kitchen and common areas. Quiet street, with parking, close to freeways, LBCC and CSULB. Prefer professional female or student. No pets/children. We have two large dogs, so liking dogs is a must. Background check, and deposit of 1/2 months rent.
