Looking for an awesome new roomie!

Hi guys! I am looking for a new roommate to move into my two bedroom, one bathroom apartment! Let me introduce myself a bit first. My name is Kayla, I am a 22 year old college student and I happen to work full time as well. I am also working on growing my social platforms currently, so I do quite a bit of filming. My interest include watching movies, reading books, anime, Tik Tok, hanging out with my family/friends (prior to Covid), eating, bar/club hopping (also prior to Covid), and just having a good time. I'm pretty chill and don't really need too much attention as I understand we all have our own things to deal with. Additionally, I have a one year old cat named Akia that really likes to do her own thing, so she's chill.

Now a little bit about the apartment. It is semi-furnished! I do have appliances and a kitchen table with chairs, but my previous roommates took the other furniture from the living room when they left and I haven't replaced them yet! I definitely want to, but I haven't had the desire to go furniture hunting. That is definitely something we can do together! The apartment comes with one overhead parking spot, but there is plenty of street parking, so we can definitely alternate days. It is also walking distance from CVS Pharmacy, Rite Aid, In N Out, A UFC Gym, Canes, Vons, Ralph's, Chick Fil A, and so much more. There is a pool and gym on site as well, but there are certain restrictions in place now due to Covid. If you have any questions about the property, feel free to ask!

What I look for in a roommate is someone that is considerate, respectful, communicative, and neat. We don't have to become best friends and do everything together, but I would like our time spent living together to be a good time :). Looking forward to meeting you soon!
