Private room in house In LBC

In search of a female roommate for a mid-Nov move-in date. It?s a 3 bedroom 1.5 bathrooms house with a living room, dining room, pool, garage, back yard, ac/heat, washer/dryer, dishwasher, & plenty of parking. The private room is $650 with utilities averaging $50 (depending on ac/heater usage). The house is in North Long Beach, on a quiet residential street, about 20 minutes away from CSULB. I do have a dog and cats, all sweet as can be and well trained. So must love animals, but no other animals. The room can come furnished or unfurnished.

About myself and the second roommate. I?m 35 and a web developer. My hobbies had included hanging out with friends and Disneyland but I haven?t done any of that since the start of the great unpleasantness. I do have a boyfriend who will occasionally spend the night some weekends. He?s very respectful and considerate. The other roommate is named Erin and she?s 23 and a nurse.
