be arranged)
- Pets are not preferred but can be considered.
- Outdoor smoking is permitted (there is a large back yard)
- The home is close to major freeways (I-405, I-710, I-105, CA-91), shopping centers, eateries, and Long Beach Airport.

- Also, there is an impressive garage gym, and barbecue pits as well.
