Super peaceful and zen space perfect for travelers and especially those who travel light. All yogis, vegans and the like welcome.

Private room w/ access to entire house. Room can be lightly furnished but doesnt have to be. Looking for someone who is cleanly, conscious, aware, peaceful, logical, a good communicator, someone who is self sufficient and able to make sound decisions. Would prefer/love someone whose a clean eater, a yogic, meditator & maybe even slightly ocd (lol) but these are not requirements. Just one renter please. Cleaning after and having basic provisions for more than one person isn't sustainable. I'm willing to consider a couple so long as you are willing to pay more. Dont move in and bring someone with you tho. Not a party house. More like zen super chill vibes. 420 friendly, no judgement but just not in the home...theres a private stoop area for all smoking activities. Massive shared bathroom. Huge, fully equipped kitchen available for use. Small, well behaved, friendly pup is ok. Theres a 6lb elderly (12yrs) MinPin already here who cares about nothing but cuddles, sleep and snacks. More pics available. Small deposit required based on credit score. A bad credit score is not automatic disqualification. Rental amount includes utilities, general toiletries i. e. toilet tissue, cleaning items & simple food items like cooking oils, seasonings etc. Working folks only need apply. Not a room for services swap in any capacity. I prefer someone who has a nocturnal job but a plain 'ol job will do. I'm not into drama so please don't bring any with you.
