Family Friendly 3-Bedroom House

Hey everyone. I'm a father living with his 6-year old son. So it would be expected that you are kid-friendly and kind. I also prefer people who are open to international exchange programs like couchsurfing, which is a big part of my life. I am open-minded, genuine, warm, and welcome. These are highly important values to me. I am a Social Work professional looking for a roommate who is stable and driven. I also prefer someone who is social, but not a party-animal.

The place is a 3 bedroom quadplex in a good area of Long Beach. You would have full access to everywhere except my bedroom and my son's bedroom. We have a washer-dryer in-unit, dishwasher, and newer appliances. We also have a small patio with a grill and 2-car garage with a spot for you.

My son and I are gone most of the day, so if you need to work from home that is no problem. We have fast internet and a great landlord. All roommates will be responsible for covering the cost of Internet, Gas, and electric in addition to rent.
