Hi everyone! We are a couple, both 25, looking for roommates that would like to live in a completely remodeled home! The house is on 7th street which is a 5-10 minute drive from the beach and CSULB. Some of the great features of the home include new flooring and paint, a rainfall shower, beautiful epoxy counter tops, and tons of space in the common spaces.
Rent price: $1300 per room
Rooms available: 2 (master room not available)
Amenities included: air conditioning, backyard, parking spaces
Amenities not included: washer and drying (will be installed soon)
Please no dogs. We have a very goofy boxer that will already be living with us.
