Two rooms available in remodeled home

Hi everyone! We have 2 rooms with a shared bath available at a completely remodeled house in Long Beach.
rent: $1,100 per room with all utilities included (gas, water, electric, and wifi)
amenities include a washer and dryer unit, lots of parking in the driveway, as well as space in the backyard to park with gate access.
location is 5-10 minutes away from the beach, CSULB, and bars and restaurants. There is a grocery store that is less than 5 minutes away as well.
We are open to couples and those with a single dog. We have a dog ourselves and wouldn’t want too many animals in the house.
We are both 25 years old and will be sharing the master room in the back of the house. My girlfriend Emily works full time at a Boys and Girls Club in Fullerton, which means She is completely COVID vaccinated since She works with children. I’m a army veteran who will be attending CSULB in the fall as a film major. We would love for our roommates to be around our age and share a similar lifestyle. If interested message me! 🙂
