Hello!

I will have an unfurnished room available at the end of May near Wilson High School. Looking for a single female roommate who likes a clean apartment, respectful, not a partier, animal friendly, rarely has overnight guests, and has a full time job/full time student.

**I'm not able to take a photo of the bedroom as I have someone still living in there. The bedroom is about 9ft x 12ft with a closet.


CLOSE TO:
- 5 minute drive to CSULB
- 5-10 minute drive to the 405, 605, 22 Freeways
- 5-10 minutes from the beach/Belmont Shore
- 10-15 minutes from Downtown Long Beach

DETAILS ABOUT APARTMENT/AREA:
- Quiet neighborhood
- Located near Wilson High School
- 2bd/1bth on 2nd floor of 4 unit building with lots of natural light
- AC is available throughout apartment (window unit in living room area and portable in bedroom)
- Bedrooms are carpeted and the rest of the apartment is laminate hardwood or tile
- Bedroom has a good size closet and there is plenty of storage throughout the apartment should you need more.
- Large living room & dining room area
- Laundry room downstairs & laundromat around the corner
- Garage (shared with me and you are welcome to park in here if your car fits) but Street Parking is not bad at all. I find a spot within a block 9/10 times.
- Street sweeping is in the middle of the day on Thursdays and Fridays which makes parking a lot easier.
- Down the street from a cute walking path.
- Neighbors are friendly, quiet, and keep to themselves.

PLEASE NOTE:
I do have 3 cats. They keep to themselves but are very friendly if you wanted to interact with them. I do clean up after them daily so the fur isn't out of control lol.
Also, I think it’s important to not it does note smell like cat. I really try to keep the common areas as clean and smelling good as I can.


A LITTLE ABOUT ME:
You can usually find me drinking tea on the couch, swimming, or shopping at Target, lol. I currently work from home and am very COVID cautious. I'm a neat person and do my dishes and clean up after myself. I keep to myself and respect others privacy. ☺️
