Looking for Roommate

Hi! We are two 23 & 24 year old girls looking for a third female roommate. We live in a one bedroom apartment off of temple and Anaheim. Close to the beach, close to hilltop park, close to downtown, close to traffic circle. One of us has a room in the living room and the other has a bunk bed in the room. The bottom bunk is the space that is open. We have a bit of closet space open and then some space in the room for a dresser or vanity. We have a good sized balcony with lots of plants. No drugs please, other than weed. Any smoking should be done on the balcony. Vape is ok indoors. WE HAVE 2 BUNNIES. They are allowed to roam around in the kitchen and the balcony when someone is home. They leave poopies around so just a heads up. We clean after them so you aren’t responsible for them don’t worry. We have one parking spot that we share otherwise it’s street parking or if we can’t find parking we park in the alley. The place is fully furnished so all you need to bring is your clothes, personal belongings and a dresser or drawers to put your clothes and personal items in. No lease, just month to month. If you decide to leave just let us know a month in advance if not then you are responsible for paying one month forward. Deposit is $400 and rent is $500 a month utilities included. We have Netflix, Hulu, and Disney Plus on the living room TV.

About Us: We are both fully vaxxed. We are pretty chill and unproblematic. We love collecting plants, like going to the beach and parks, eating good food, we watch h3h3 podcast a lot, we love Trisha Paytas, we are pro-vax and anti-trump. One of us is into BTS. We’re a little into crystals and spiritual shit, we’re not like obsessed, but we thinks it’s kinda cool. We like doin arts and crafts. Both of us are unemployed right now so we mostly just chill. We’re pretty vulgar and out there so if you’re uncomfortable with that then this might not be the place for you.
