300/month in exchange for minor help for elder

Willing to provide room and shared living space for 300/month in exchange for minor assistance for elderly woman. Help would include assistance typical chores and driving to essential events such as grocery shopping and doctor appointments.

The elder uses a walker when going out but is mobile around the house. She has some issues with memory loss but nothing beyond forgetting daily to-do’s and misplacing items sometimes. She enjoys gardening and has a lot of plants in her front and backyard.

We want someone who is kind, patient, and flexible. Our ideal person would be someone who does have the time to help her out 2-3 hours per day — but you and her can make the schedule as you both see fit.

No drugs or alcohol use will be welcome. Drug test will be required and a background check. We can cover the costs of those. No pets. No smokers.
