Looking for a female to share 3bed/2bath apt

ROOMMATE NEEDED FOR LONG BEACH. Unit is a 3bed/2bath. Roommates will be a 27yo female who works full-time and myself--a 32yo student who also works full-time. (I work at a restaurant so I bring home goodies to share often 😊). We are looking to team up with another responsible, stable, and good-natured female--someone easygoing and drama-free! Kitchen and living room access. Shared bathroom with the 27yo. We are ground floor with a small patio, in-unit washer and dryer, dishwasher and fridge. Complex has two pools, a gym, a gated parking structure, and is within walking distance to A LOT of places. We are in Downtown LB--super close to the Pike, Pine Ave, and a ten-minute drive from Belmont. 710 and 110 access. Public transportation easily accessible. This is a great catch, y’all :) No couples, please. Overnight guests ok occasionally. Not 420-friendly. Complex has no smoking of any kind policy.
Also, I own a quiet, shy cat. He’s adorable, well-behaved and CLEAN. (No cat smell here). I’d prefer to have a roommate WITHOUT pets because he’s pretty skittish and does better being the only pet in a household. Waiting for that great roommate to come along. If that sounds like you, contact me!
