We’re looking for a fourth roommate to fill a spot in our spacious Wrigley home. Swipe through the photos to get a sense of the space! You’d have your own bedroom and share a bathroom with one other female. There’s a large kitchen with brand new appliances and tons of storage and in the garage there’s a shared washer and dryer to use! While there are no designated parking spots, street parking is NEVER an issue in our safe neighborhood!
Rent is $1,025 including utilities.
A little about the three of us:
• Age: Late 20s – Early 30s
• Fully vaccinated
• All work full time so enjoy mellow weeknights but enjoy socializing on the weekends
• LGBTQ+ friendly
What we’re looking for in a roommate:
• Male or female
• Non smoker
• Clean/cleans up after themselves
• Respectful of shared spaces
• Easy going and drama free
• Able to sign lease agreement
• no pets
• Must have proof of income
