Looking for roommate ASAP

Looking for a roommate to rent out my extra bedroom. Shared spaces would be the bathroom, laundry, kitchen, and living room/ dining room. Seeking a young professional, preferably female, no pets allowed, and utilities will be included based on average current cost (inflation or extreme surcharge is not included). Potentially can negotiate parking but currently it would be street parking (additional fee). My spare bedroom is currently be used as my workout room but I would remove all equipment and empty out the space for tenant. The unit does have a washer/ dryer and the kitchen is fully equipped all necessary appliances. Absolutely a drug free environment but would allow for responsible drinking. I work evenings and I do not occupy the space often but still would want a roommate that would be highly respectful to my space and belongings and that is extremely clean and neat.
