My roomate is moving out and she is looking to find someone to take over her part of the lease in a two bedroom one bath apartment that ends February 15th with the option to renew. It is a single bedroom with a shared bathroom as well as a shared eat in kitchen and living room. There is tile flooring throughout (that is easy to keep clean and keeps the apartment nice and cool when it gets to be hot outside), and it gets the beautiful morning light so your day is always off to a good start!

The apartment is conveniently located, as it is close to public transportation and just a short walk to the 4th street shops and restaurants. It is about a mile from the beach as well as being just a 10 minute drive or 15 to 20 minute bus ride to Cal State Long Beach.

Rent is $925 per month with street parking or a parking spot in the complex can be added for an additional $75 per month. Water is included and the other utilities are paid by the tennants, each person's contribution seems to be anywhere between $40 and $60 per month including electricity, gas, trash, and wifi. There will be an application and background check fee of $45 and an initial deposit of $1250 due at move in along with the first month's rent.

I work from home 5 days a week and like the apartment to be fairly quiet during that time. I like to keep my home and my things clean and organized and prefer kind, clear communication.
