Shared living room with couch, and TV.
Preferably seeking a non-smoker, and pets are not allowed per landlord.
I work in Santa Monica, and am rarely home. Relatively tidy, I'm not home enough to make a mess. Ideally seeking someone to go out with on occasion. I usually just keep/stay to myself. I play XBOX in the living room but use a headset.
