Downtown Long Beach Room for Rent

I have a room for rent in Downtown Long Beach (at the pike) in a beautiful mid-rise building (Camden Harbor View). The room has a balcony off of it, walk-in closet and a bathroom that is in the hallway with a soaking tub. In-unit washer and dryer, utilities included (electricity to deal with separately). Parking in the parking garage also available if needed


This is a safe, quiet, trustworthy, comfortable environment. I also travel extensively so we want to make sure that whomever moves in I can trust with my space for long periods of time.
