Who lives there: 2 females, professional and student full-time who are friendly, respectful and very busy.

- Single occupant Professional or full time female student (not from home full-time) below 26 years old.
- Clean and quiet and able to maintain the house cleanness and quitness.
- Illegal drugs, alcohol, smoking and pets are not allowed at any time.
