THE OWNERS
The owners are two male professionals (in their 50s and 60s) with a detached bedroom on the property at the back. They have their own bathroom and washer/dryer so the bathroom and the other washer/dryer set will be primarily assigned for your own use and the other housemate's. The owners still have access to the other common areas – particularly the kitchen and dining room.

THE OTHER HOUSEMATE
Male, healthcare professional. Rents the back bedroom. Quiet and Clean.

THE RENT
The monthly rent is $1,475 which includes ALL utilities - power, water gas, trash pick-up and internet/Wi-Fi (500 Mbps).
Includes Paper Products - Paper towels, Bathroom Toilet Paper and Table Napkins
Month-to-Month but requires a 30-day notice before moving out.
First and last month's rent and a refundable key deposit of $400 are required for move-in.

Responsible, quiet, and able to clean up after themselves.
Respectful of the other occupants and as well as to the property
An ideal person who can follow basic house rules and is well-organized and appreciates a relaxing and quiet atmosphere.
Leaves for work or school outside the house.
Not a party person.
No drama.
No pets - We already have an outdoor cat
Must have a good income and credit history.
No criminal background.
