Looking for a Roommate (no security deposit)

Hey there! I’m currently looking for a roommate to share a spacious 3 bed, 2 bath unit in Long Beach, right on Ocean Blvd. The base rent is $1225 if you have a car, $1125 if you don’t (internet included, separate bills for electricity, water, and gas). No security deposit required! Please refer to the pictures of the apartment, complex, floor plan, amenities and more. The bathroom will be shared with me.

I’m a 25-year-old male, and my current roommate, Tianna, is 23. We’re both busy but welcoming individuals who tend to keep things quiet by 10 pm. I work a lot so I am always in and out of the apartment and Tianna works evenings and nights.

Looking for:
Male or female roommate, no older than 45, with no evictions and a good rental history. Move-in date is May 1st, with availability until the end of December 2024. Urgently seeking someone to fill the empty room!
