Great room(s) for rent in Long Beach!

2 rooms in a 3-bedroom apartment are available in the East Village/Arts District of Long Beach. There are tons of great restaurants within walking distance. The beach is a 10-15 minute walk, too.

I'm looking for roommates by June 1, 2024. It would be a 12-month lease for those that are interested.

I'm open to welcoming 2 roommates or 1 roommate if you need one of the rooms as an office for working at home.

I like to keep things chill at home, so people who feel likewise would be preferable. I am a night owl for the most part, but I try to keep noise at a minimum.
