Beautiful Room Share In Los Feliz!!

I absolutely adore my apartment. It is a little oasis in Los feliz just blocks away from shops and restaurants. This is a rare find! I have 3 bedrooms but like to keep one empty so the space feels roomy and peaceful. The room is large with a balcony surrounded by palm trees and the sound of the garden fountain. It was built in the 1950s and the decor and large ceilings showcase its charm. Lots of light and upstairs/downstairs. Its really more of a home than an apartment. The room can come furnished or unfurnished and comes with a private bathroom. I live both in NY and LA and will be gone shooting my job often. Looking for someone who wants a greattt space.
