Large Master Suite Bedroom!!

I am a 37yrd Chicago native, fun-loving, ambitious, woman living in a brand new beautiful 2 bedroom master suites apt with 2 balconies in the lovely area of Los Feliz...just 3 blocks away from the Griffith Park entrance. My apartment has all new appliances. The room you will be renting has never been lived in, just used as a guest room time to time. The apartment is fully furnished, but your bedroom is not. You will need to get a bed. The room is large enough for a queen bed with a desk and dresser. You will have double wall hallway closets with sliding doors in your room. PLENTY of space for your belongings and wardrobe. Your bathroom is completely renovated with a skylight over the shower. I have a 60 inch TV for entertainment with an AppleTV and tons of apps. The kitchen has a washer/dryer and dishwasher! Utilities are 50/50 (around $75 a month).

You will have a parking spot in a covered/gated garage. There is a pool. I am a 5 minute walk to Ralphs, Marshalls, CHASE, Starbucks, Jamba Juice, Ross, Thai Town and much more! One mile east of Hollywood. The building is on a very quite block with complete silence at night.

I am only looking for a professional with a stable job and income. Management requires a 615 credit score or higher. Someone who leaves the apartment for work throughout the week (like a 9 to 5'er). A Female between the age of 25-45 years old. MUST BE DRAMA FREE! I need someone who is CLEAN. As you can see from the photos, I keep my place looking very tidy all of the time. NO DRUGS. No extended overnight guests. If you're in a relationship, I'd prefer someone who spends more time at their partners place then at ours (I only want 1 roommate, not 2). Easy going personality who is respectful, RELIABLE, self sufficient and kind.

Must lease for a minimum of 3 months (end of May). June 1st, it becomes month to month. So if we live well together we can decide to stay longer. but you're welcome to stay if I leave. Thanks for reading! Happy searching!!
