Location: at the West edge of Los Feliz, it is a short walk to Griffith Park, Ralphs, the Red line subway which goes to Downtown, and it's about a 10/15 minute walk to Franklin Village, the heart of Hollywood or the Los Feliz shops/cafes.

Us: We are two guys in our twenties/early thirties and work 40 plus hours a week in professional careers. We are health conscious, keep the place clean and maintain a fun social environment.

You: respectful, social, dependable income, preferably in your 20s to early 30s and willing to contribute an equal amount of time towards cleaning the common areas.
