Hi! I'm looking for a roommate for a 2-bedroom apartment in Los Feliz starting June 1. The apartment has lots of natural light, a large living room, washer and dryer, 1.5 bathrooms, and shared outdoor space. It's 2 stories with the bedrooms upstairs and the kitchen/living room downstairs. There's a 1-car garage and lots of street parking available. There's no central AC but the room comes with a window AC unit, and it's not furnished. The place is located in a quiet area with lots of restaurants and stores a few blocks away. Month to month sublease works. The landlord requires a credit check.
