Los Feliz Village Apartment Share

I have a nicely furnished 2 bed 2 bath large apartment to share. In an early 1960s modern building (6 units) in Los Feliz Village surrounded by beautiful classic and modern architecture.
My unit is about 950 sq feet including a small balcony. The room itself is around 13.5' x 11', with a large walk-in closet of 7' x 5', with a private bathroom.
It's located within walking distance of grocery stores, bars, restaurants, theaters, coffee shops, public transportation, and the 5 and 101 freeways.

I live a carefree, chill, and casual lifestyle, tolerant and open-minded. I'm originally from Venice Beach and have lived in all areas of LA. I'm healthy and fit and love to cook healthy meals. I work from home a few days a week and the rest of the time at my business on weekends. I still take Covid seriously and have tried my best to not catch it, but I eventually did (not fun). I have all my vaccinations and still cover up now and then due to the nature of work even though it's all outdoors. I visit family and friends about once a month for the weekend. I don't have parties as I used to in my apartment, but I will go to other friends' dinner parties now and then.

I'm looking for someone that's easy-going, chill, open-minded, and tolerant as well, any orientation. No anger or addiction issues. Have an income and be able to clean up after yourself.
