The apartment is shared with one quiet chill clean roommate. the building has a courtyard with fountain, gym, and laundry downstairs. Parking is included. Wifi and utilities are split between you and the other roommate every other month. Awesome location walking distance to target ralphs marshalls and tons of thai restaurants and all the cool shops and restaurants on Vermont ave. Close to hollywood/western train station.
