Roommate Wanted to Share 2 Apt in Los Feliz

I have a two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment that I will be moving into in the Los Feliz area in mid-July. I will be enrolled to study FX makeup artistry at Cinema Makeup School. I am looking for a female roommate close to my age who is also a student in the Los Angeles area.

The apartment is located at the Broadstone apartment complex in Los Feliz. It is a security building with secure parking and excellent amenities including a fitness gym, pool, sauna, and rooftop lounge. You would have your own private bedroom, bathroom, and parking spot. There is also a washer and dryer located in the apartment.

The room will come unfurnished (images on the ad are of the apartment complex and rooms, but I officially move in July 15). However, if you do not have furniture, my family has a queen size bed they can donate.
