Hi! My roommate is moving out to move in with her boyfriend so I'm looking for someone to take her room. The room is large with a walk in closet and your own bathroom. The building has several seating areas with firepits, barbecues, hot tubs, a pool, and a gym. The unit has central AC and laundry is right down the hall. Dogs are welcome (the complex just charges an additional pet deposit)! The unit comes with 2 full tandem spots in a gated garage (which means we EACH get our own tandem spot, so you'd have a guest spot!)

I'm 31, quiet and clean, I'm a music composer and work in office most of the week but do work remote sometimes. I enjoy playing video games, working out, watching shows, going to movies, traveling, going on walks, finding new restaurants to try, and exploring new areas!
