Room for Rent in Beautiful Burbank Home

We have a room for rent in our house in Burbank. The room is spacious and all hardwood floors. Washer and dryer in the house. It’s a 5 bedroom house and one of the bedrooms we keep as a guest room. Walk in closet. The house sits right near the Burbank bike path and is walking distance from all the shops on Magnolia Blvd. beautiful big patio with bbq. Side yard with amazing fruit trees.

We are and are looking for responsible and respectful housemates. Very mindful of the pandemic and looking for someone just as mindful and responsible. Two housemates are straight males working as sound engineers. One housemate is a gay male working in art department for production. The house is big and having personal space is never an issue. It’s a fun mix of games and movies and house dinners as well as having your own time, doing your own thing, etc. Bills are split between all housemates which at the most will be 4. The bills we pay each month include cable/internet/gas/water/electric and trash service.
