$1,200/month, $666.67 security deposit/ PER 1 PERSON
1 year lease commitment (requires credit check of $25)
2nd floor, no one adjacent only below
Double Door closets, ceiling room in all bedrooms
Newly renovated bathroom shared between the 2 new roommates
Hardwood floors
Kitchen with LOTS of storage space, beautiful layout! Includes dishwasher and landlord will provide fridge
Separate space for living room and dining room
Assigned outside parking in front of apartment! For all roommates
IN UNIT washer/dryer!! (it is just attached outside of the apartment, but only for our appt access and no coins)
UNFURNISHED, but I have a little bit of shared furniture space to bring from my last apartment: tv stand with a mount for floating tv affect, 55 in flat screen, living room and dining room rug, pots/pans, miscellaneous. I would be looking for the 2 roommates to fill what else is needed :)
PET SITUATION: I do not have any pets. I am open to a cat, but no dogs please. I would CONSIDER getting a cat a few months into the lease, but that is NOT a pressing issue, would not get if you?re allergic lol. Pet deposit is $400, nothing additional monthly.
(Note: The room with the other bathroom will be mine, it is right next to the living room, the other 2 rooms are in the far back after a hallway for more privacy)
