Room For Rent - Manhattan Beach

My roommate and l have a bedroom (approx. 11ft x 9ft) opening up in our 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom house starting September 15th. There is possible flexibility with that date, it all depends on the exact move out date of our current roommate. Rent is $835+ utilities (utilities are generally $100-$150 max a month)

We are okay with both male and female applicants and fine with pets.

The house is located about 1.5-2 miles from the Manhattan & Hermosa Beach Piers and near many restaurants, shops, grocery stores and more. Both PCH and the 405 are easily accessible.

My roommate and I are both males in our late 20s, I work as a Data Analyst and he works as a Packaging Engineer. We both work weekdays generally from 9am-5pm so our weekdays are pretty chill. With the pandemic going on we're both working from home and our generally here at the house outside of working hours. When there's not these crazy times both of us usually end up going out and drinking and being social on the weekends. We like to keep the common areas clean but by no means clean freaks.
