Looking for someone to fill one bedroom ASAP in a huge 3 bed/3 bath on a quiet street on the Mar Vista/Culver City border. One year lease. Minutes away from Venice beach, the apartment features hardwood flooring throughout, an in-unit washer and dryer, fireplace, AC and heating, and tons of natural light. The bedroom needing to be filled has its own bathroom attached and tons of closet space and storage.

A little about us: we both graduated USC in 2015 and now work as analysts in Santa Monica and Venice. We love getting to the beach and farmers markets on the weekends. If you love iced coffee, holiday decorations, and Polaroids, we'll get along great!

The pictures attached show the kitchen, spacious living room and dining room, hallway with the w/d, and photos featuring the bedroom we are trying to fill.

We are looking for a roommate (male or female) with the following qualifications:

-young professional (24-30)
-not a college student
-steady job
-likes to go out on weekends occasionally for mimosas

The rent for the room is $1,100. An initial security deposit of $1,168 is needed as well (your portion of the deposit). This is seriously a steal for what it offers!
