I am renting two rooms. One is a bedroom and the other is an additional room that can be used as an office. There is a private entrance and a private bath. There is an outside patio for eating and entertaining. The kitchen is shared. Utilities and internet are included. Street parking. Prefer private and quiet person. I am a photographer and I live here as well.
