Hello, I have one room available in a luxury apartment near National Blvd and Sawtelle. It is a one bedroom apartment in which the living room has been converted into a nice sized, loft style bedroom. It is actually quite nice the way it is set up.

I have my home recording studio set up in the living room and work often from home. I am not the quietest person in the world because I sometimes have vocal and guitar students whom I teach, and artists I work with as a part of my income over. I am not loud or inconsiderate during bedtime hours. I don't have parties and that type of thing in my home, and I would prefer you don't either. I don't smoke.

I am very clean and expect that you keep things neat and tidy. Don't leave dishes in the sink, don't leave food laying out, clean up after yourself when you're done with the bathroom, etc. as I do the same.

Bathroom and Kitchen are shared. Utilities are not included and will be split 50/50. No pets please.

The complex is Westside Apartments in Mar Vista (in between Culver City and Venice/Marina Del Rey). Amenities include a really nice 24 hour gym with great equipment including a squat machine and plenty of treadmills, a huge pool and party area with a fireplace, cabanas, and BBQs, 2 jacuzzis, and security. There is a washer and dryer in the unit, and new kitchen appliances.

Ralph's is across the street within walking distance, and Trader Joes in 1 block away. Mar Vista Recreational Center is right down the street and is a nice park to workout in or just walk around. The neighborhood next to the apartment building is really nice to just walk around in or jog if that is your type of thing as it is mine.

The total to move in is a $500 security deposit plus your first month's rent. Thanks!
