Private Room + Bathroom in bright, spacious condo!

Hi all! I am search of a roommate to share a beautiful, spacious and bright 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom townhouse in Mar Vista! We have a private room and private bathroom available, situated in in a small, secure complex with gated entry and mail area.

My boyfriend I current share the place with one other roommate, who will be moving out at the end of the month after having accepted a new job, as she will be relocating. We both work Monday - Friday and are gone from 8:30am - 6:30pm. During the week, we mostly just work, cook, do errands, and go to bed early. On weekends, we are mostly out of the house spending time with friends and family. We are respectful, clean, chill people who are easy to communicate and live with. All the roommates we have lived with in the past quickly became friends. We like sports, concerts, traveling, occasionally having friends over on weekends, and sometimes just being lazy on the couch with some wine, music, and good conversation.

The first floor of the condo is the entrance to the home with a living room, fireplace, storage closet, washer/dryer closet, guest bathroom and kitchen. The second floor has two bedrooms, a linen closet, and one bathroom; we keep one room open as a guest room and the other would be your room. My boyfriend and I are on the top floor, which is closed off, so there is lots of privacy throughout the place.

Home Includes: Fully furnished common spaces, corner bar nook, 48" Smart TV, fireplace, high-speed Wi-Fi, in-unit washer and dryer, dishwasher, kitchen appliances, and a housekeeper twice a month. Lots of surrounding nearby street parking, no restrictions and no parking permits required.

Monthly rent is $1,650 which includes all utilities (gas, electric, internet, water, trash).
