I work at least 5 days a week and i don't be at home much.
You'll have your own room and bathroom but we do share a shower.
Free parking downstairs. Along with washing machine and dryer.
Rent control!! And there's AC.
It is situated in a quiet, safe part of Mar Vista and is 1700 a month.
