Unfurnished master bedroom: 1300 +utilities
Private bathroom. Hardwood floors. Very clean and spacious. (*Sorry I don't have pics yet of the room since I'm out of town but posted pics of my own room for an idea)
SIDE NOTE-I'm willing to swap rooms if you are interested in slightly lesser rent.
The Apartment is furnished with:
Large comfy couch, coffee table, Large HD smart TV, Dining table, Patio chairs, kitchen supplies, Gas Fireplace.
The Building:
A safe neighborhood, quiet neighbors, laundry on site. Covered safe, and a secure garage for tandem parking.
The Terms:
If you want to be placed on the lease you will have to supply a credit check to the landlord.
A deposit of one month's rent in addition to rent is due upon move-in.
This is available for viewing ASAP
No Pets, not even service, and Non Smokers are preferred.
About me:
I am a female, early 40s. I was working full-time until Covid so like most, I am home often but I'm quiet, I split my time between my room and the common area. I freelance write so sometimes I go to a cafe (if open). I keep the place tidy and clean and expect the same from my roommate
