Owner will only be there max of 5 nights this entire time so the price is due to it basically being your own place for the month. We are offering this space from 1/15-3/15. Cleaning fee is $250.

We are looking for a female professional who is clean and respectful of nice things. We bought this condo a year ago and practically everything in it is brand new so someone with attention to detail would be appreciated. No pets.

The unit is 2500 square feet, tenant will have their own bedroom and bathroom, there is also a half bath available. Bedroom comes furnished with queen bed, unit has;
large balcony with fire pit, chef's kitchen with Wolf appliances, bamboo floors, vaulted ceilings, tons of natural light, fireplace, in unit washer/dryer. Parking is a tandem spot in the garage. There is an elevator in the building. Easy access to bike path that leads all the way to the Marina or Playa del Rey.

Walking distance to many spots in Marvista/Culver area;
Boy and the Bear coffee, Ginger's ice cream, Marvista Farmer's Market, Hatchet Hall, etc
