Townhouse -3 Bed 3 Bath (private bathroom)

Hi there,

My girlfriend and I of 3 years are looking for a new roommate. I’ve been the original tenant of the building since it’s development 8 years ago. The property is rent controlled, 3/3 unit attached to an identical townhome. I currently work for a gaming/tech company as a commercial manager, and my girlfriend works at a music label in PR. We’re looking for someone clean (don’t leave your dishes around and contribute to the monthly cleaners), no-drama and with a stable income or parents who can co-sign if a student. if you have a problem with weed this is not the place for you, trust me. You will have your own 1/1 bedroom and bathroom with tub, Washer/Dryer in-unit, and a parking spot (either garage or courtyard is available).

Additionally, my brother, who is a half-time tenant takes the room extra room downstairs when he’s working in LA. When he’s not here, you’re welcome to use it as an office (I have a monitor, desk, etc. that you can use in there if needed and guest room, if provided advance notice).

Depending on the person, we’re willing to do 6 month lease or shorter/longer. We want this person to be a good fit, so happy to discuss the length to ensure we all feel like there’s enough time for us to get comfortable and know each other.
