Room available in beautiful apartment in Marina De

I am looking for a rommate for my two bedroom apartment in Marina Del Rey. The apartment complex (Mariner's Village) is situated right on the marina and is a five minute walk from the beach, as well as Washington Blvd. in Venice. The complex includes several awesome amenities such as a pool, jacuzzi, fitness center, and cafe. The community of people that live at Mariners are all warm and extremely friendly. You truly feel like you're on vacation at Mariner's Village. I am looking for a female roommate between 20-30 years old. It's a pet friendly apartment complex. Rent for the master bedroom, which is VERY big and has its own large walk in closet and bathroom, and its own parking space in the complex's garage is 1750 and this includes the price of internet and cable as well.
I am currently a grad student at Pepperdine University and am a very clean and considerate roommate.
