I'm moving out and need a replacement. Looking for a female to share the master bedroom and bathroom with another super awesome female in her 20s. It is a 2bedroom/2bathroom apt. Monthly Rent is $692 + utilies $20 and Spectrum internet

The complex has two Pools, 2 jacuzzis, 3 gyms, BBQ and fireplace area on patios, Sundeck, pool table, FREE Starbucks coffee in the lobby. 24/7 security. FREE parking spot in garage. Ralphs plus other shops/caf?s/restaurants is across the street. The Beach, Harbor and park is across the street. Bus transportation right outside the buliding. The apt has washing machine/Dryer in unit, dishwasher, huge walking closets, etc.

Looking for females preferably. The spot will be available From April 29, 2018
