We are a chill couple in our late 20s who are both working professionals (logistics and behavioral health). We are friendly and clean and enjoy making dinner every once in a while. We enjoy an active lifestyle hiking, going to the beach, happy hour drinks, trying new restaurants and board games. We love to travel all over (right now skiing since there's lots of snow!).

About you:

Finding the right housemate(s) is more important than finding someone who can just pay their share. Looking for a roommate(s) that are easy going and clean and don't mind a shared dinner or some drinks from time to time. That being said looking for an individual or a couple with a steady stream of income who are able to commit to at least 6 months of rent.

Your rent is $1,650 a month (includes water and gas) + a $1,650 deposit upon move in.
