Master bed Private bath,, furnished one month

Very nice Large Bedroom availible for one month a few blocks to beach. Partial marina view. Parking and utilities/internet included. Has pools and a Gym, Laundry facilities in the apartment. My roommate is leaving around the 1st of March. I will be moving to her room so that mine will be furnished with a Bed, Dresser, and night stand.
Couples are Wellcome with 400 dollar extra rent. 500 deposit, No drama just Must be clean with no parties or overnight guest with out approval. No more than one bike per person on the balcony, not inside. Must wash dishes after use. No pets. Smoking is not permitted on the property. I work a lot so I'm not around often, but have unusual hours. My lease is up April 1 st and I will be moving out, so I just need someone to rent for March.
