Townhouse in Marina Del Rey

Townhouse in great neighborhood in Marina Del Rey. Grocery stores, movie theaters, restaurants, easy access to 90 to 405. Complex has a pool. Townhouse has a nice patio. Good size place with levels so feels not at all crowded. One roommate is away most of year working in other parts of world. Comes home for 2 weeks - 3 weeks 2 or 3 x a year. Bedroom for rent is large with bathroom right beside it that is used by other roommate when he is in town. There is an office with a daybed that we share when needed. (have guests) Other roommate uses garage for his truck when out of town. I have one small dog. We are allowed another dog under 25 pounds. Can't leave barking dogs alone in house (i take my dog to sitter during day). Safe place. No drama.
I work in tv industry, at work all day. Must find someone by July 15th, but are flexible with starting date. Current roommate is on lease until July 15th but could leave by June 1st and new tenant would have to be approved by landlord and added to one year lease.
