Looking for someone to sublease my room for 3 months while traveling (10/17 - 1/17). You will have your own bedroom, bathroom and walk-in closet in a fully furnished 3bd/3bath apartment. The place is BEAUTIFUL and only a block from the beach!
You would be moving in with two females (26 & 27). Fine with having friends over on occasion as long as they are respectful and you clean up after them. However, this is not a party house. Looking for a respectful and likeminded individual :)
