La Villa Marina is one of the most sought after streets to live on, and is close to everything. Easy access to the beach, the 90 Freeway, Venice, Playa Vista and some great bike paths! You will have full privileges to all living areas, and a parking space in the attached garage. There is also a beautiful pool area.

I am a professional female who works from home sometimes, so I am looking for a roommate who works outside of home during the day. I am pretty easy going, and I am inspired to share with someone who is busy in their own life, will keep the shared living areas clean, is considerate, financially stable, and positive! No pets, but I don't mind guests!

Townhome is furnished except for your bedroom, has a washer/dryer in unit, wifi, cable and full kitchen. Rent is $1700 per month + Utilities/Maid which run approximately $150 per month.
