Both work fairly long hours in the week, so the apartment is pretty quiet and clean Monday-Friday. Weekends usually consist of surfing, beach days, music festivals (COVID aside), and day drinking with friends out on the Westside, so hopefully, you don't mind some noise at weekends.
Looking for a laid back good-humored roommate who wants to live with some fun people and have a great living experience in LA. The apartment is pet-friendly too if you have one.
