2BR/2BA Spacious beautifully lit apartment

Hi I’m looking for a roomie for a fresh lease starting on Sept 12 (can move in much sooner!) Love this apartment so want to stay.. it’s a top floor corner unit, south/southwest facing so very sunny, lots of plants and art. I’m a clean & respectful roomie, definitely outgoing and open person, and a busy professional!

We both have separated private rooms and bathrooms (ensuite). 1250 sq ft to share together! The big open space we can reorganize to be more open once my current roomie takes his dining table and tv stand.
