Marina del Rey Bungalow

HI!

Looking for a housemate to share a 2 bedroom, 1 bath bungalow in Marina Del Rey. The place is bright, clean and newly renovated. Washer/Dryer is in the unit. There is a ton of street parking and I have never had an issue finding somewhere to park. The house is less than a mile to the beach and only a couple of streets away from Abbot Kinney.

The rooms: the bigger one (unfurnished) is big (fits king bed and desk easily), has a walk-in closet and a private loft which can definitely work as an office space, storage place, or hang out area.

The smaller room is also unfurnished, smaller, can fit a queen bed and maybe a desk, walk in closet, storage space above. Even though it’s the smaller of the two, it’s still a good sized room as well.

Either room is open- the roommate currently there will take whichever one you don’t want.

Ideally looking for someone who will stay until October 2022-open to talking about this.

You: Open to anyone as long as you are clean, quiet and respectful of people and the space. If you party, please just don't bring it home.

Me: Male in early 30's, personal trainer, quiet, respectful and clean. I like to read/learn whenever I can and stay active. I don't have get-togethers at the house and I would expect the same from a housemate as I don't like to share my space with a ton of people. I don't drink or do drugs- fine if you do it but please no parties or craziness in the house. No cigarette smokers.
